Not impressed with companies that do not allow in store reimbursements on orders placed online. Their pants sizes are not true to size. I usually take small but even a xs was running too large on me, I spent more than an hour trying to find pants that would fit me but ended up buying something I don’t even need because of their non-reimbursement (online exchange only) policy.

Je me suis présentée en magasin à St Bruno le 04 mai en soirée, pour un retour, le vêtement avait une tache de maquillage ( je ne maquille jamais) il était endommagé avant l’achat, je n’avais pas remarqué. Je suis tombé malheureusement, sur une personne qui se disait être la gérante, elle a refusé de me donner son nom. Elle m’a dit qu’elle pouvait reprendre le vêtement mais je devais faire l’achat d’un autre chandail et que je pourrais par la suite me le faire rembourser. J’ai trouvé la transaction compliqué, j’ai donc fait l’achat d’un chandail, j’ai demandé de me le faire rembourser , elle a refusé me disant que je devais revenir le lendemain ou la semaine suivante, se serait une politique du magasin??? À mon arrivée, j’ai constaté que l’autre chandail acheté avant l’échange avait aussi une tâche!!! Store definitely needs to work on PR. Staff do not acknowledge clients who walk into the store. They are not interested in answering questions or helpful. Could use more sales as well.
