Poor service. On several occasions when I walked in, the cashier was on her cell phone and didn't even say hello. Quite ordinary. I've been new to St-Césaire for 4 months, now I'm going elsewhere.

Je suis nouveaux résidents de Saint-Césaire, j’ai transférer mon dossier à cette pharmacie .j’ai simplement posé une question sur le coût des médicaments on m’a répondu avec une très mauvaise attitude je n’aime pas de la façon dont j’ai été traité par la pharmacienne donc je suis déjà un ancien client j’ai transféré mon dossier ailleurs..

The best pharmacist ever!The pharmacist is very friendly and I appreciated the time he took to research the information I needed, explained to me the medications my father takes and even made a home delivery for an important medication that needed to be administered this that evening because the hospital had forgotten to give it to me. He truly cares about his customers and works hard.The place is clean, very organized and the staff is friendly. I really recommend this pharmacy.

I would like to give a 5 star because at all times there is great concern on the part of the pharmacists (François and Chantal) to offer us personalized adviceUnfortunately I called for information on the 3rd dose of vaccine and on the rapid tests and the response obtained was...We didn't have that...and did not give a vaccine..I say, “However, I had my 2 doses at your place..”From aYour irritated tone of my interlocutor, they did more of that...No information why...Your cold and annoyed...So I feel the need to write it,Maybe review the telephone reception, because I don't think people call because they have nothing else to do...In any case, that's not my case...Too bad this person gave me the unpleasant impression that I had the wrong number...Fortunately this is not normally the case.So to those who put reviews and 1 stars, in my opinion it is IMPORTANT to differentiate between an unpleasant and impatient employee.Professional and attentive service that we normally receive..I hope that my message will be taken seriously, because reception is essential to feeling confident when it comes to advice and questions about our health...
