Wonderful people, they stock a large variety of camper and RV accessories, very helpful. I get my propane here. Next week, they're repairing my Dometic refrigerator. If my post is still here, they did a great job. Bravo

We rented a caravan from here for three days. It rained, the window leaked, the mattress was soaked. Under the window, the lining was all rippled, and there were many, many layers of silicone around the window - so this was not the first time there was a leak.
We asked for a refund equivalent to one day out of the three, nothing, not even a reply even after multiple follow-ups.
Leaks happen, I get it, but the lack of response was very disappointing.

We were on our way from the GTA to Newfoundland when we had a wheel bearing failure on our tandem axle 35' travel trailer which also damaged our brakes. We contacted Caravane 201 to see if they had the parts available that we required. Their friendly staff went out of their way to source the parts that we needed. Thanks to them, we were on our way later that day and made the Ferry crossing to Newfoundland. Great customer service! Highly recommend stopping in and checking out their showroom and friendly staff.

Excellent mechanical service, I had an electrical problem with my trailer, they took me between 2 customers and 2 hours later problem resolved I got back on the road, I had time to shop for a new trailer WOW thanks to Francois and Maude for their excellent service, true professionals ♥️♥️♥️ I highly recommend them, thank you Caravane 201 gang.

As a new 5th wheel owner, my pick up needed to have the hitch secured in the bed. Met the owner who was very helpful and knowledgeable. After an evaluation, the best route was to get the Ram factory puck system. Chrysler had many weeks of delay due to supply chain issues. The service department especially Roger always kept us informed with the delays. also shout out to the tech who installed. It's now installed and we are very happy. They will now be our go-to shop for any maintenance for our 40 ft heartland torque toy hauler!
