I have been a regular customer at this gas station for quite some time, and recently, they implemented a prepaid system for gas purchases, which we were willing to adapt to. However, our experience took an unfortunate turn when they refused to provide us with a receipt or ticket as proof of prepayment and letting us use the service of pumping gas.Not having a tangible record of our prepaid transaction triggered some concerns on our end. A receipt is not just a formality; it serves as proof of payment and ensures transparency in the customer-business relationship. This lack of documentation left us feeling uneasy and frustrated.Not only did they refuse to hand over a simple receipt for the prepayment, but they also had the audacity to deny us the basic service of pumping gas. Are you kidding me? This is beyond disappointing; it's infuriating.I fail to comprehend how our demand for a receipt is considered a lofty expectation. It's a basic customer right! And to be told we can't pump gas without it is downright outrageous.We believe that providing a receipt should be a standard practice, especially when it comes to prepaid transactions. It not only instills confidence in customers but also protects both parties in case of any discrepancies.This comportment is truly disappointing.We hope the management takes this feedback constructively and considers implementing a system that provides customers with the necessary documentation for prepaid transactions. It would greatly enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Station service et dépanneur très propre. Par contre la semaine on a dû changer de station service le matin. Ça dit que ça ouvre à 6 hrs et c'est pas toujours le cas. Mais à part ça super bon service le soir.
