Good morning,
I signed up for a test drive and had warned in advance that I had to drive a long distance and would arrive in an hour and a half. When I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes to meet the advisor. His explanations regarding the car were unclear and difficult to understand.
Additionally, the car inspection and test drive did not take place. After checking the documents, we had to wait another 20 minutes, and in the end I was informed that the car had already been booked and that I would be called back the next day. As a result, I had to leave again, losing another hour and a half.
I understand that such situations can arise, but I hope that the processes will be better organized in the future and more respectful of the customer.

Good experience despite a bad start (none of the cars purchased in their inventory were present during my first visit to the dealership in St Constant.
But once the car was inspected, everything went very well.
A high-performance and efficient team.

I found this dealership on Aurotrader.ca and was glad I did. I dealt with Phil and then his manager, Benoit. both were highly professional and gave me a sense of trustworthiness that in today's world of used cars is a huge bonus.
The car we looked at was perfect.. We werezable to negotiate a great deal that I felt was a win/win for both myself and the dealership.
The only downside to my overall experience was that they made me pay the $1.25 for my coffee (LoL) inside tip * ask Phil for real cream instead of that powered creamer stuff .. Upside the coffee was pretty good
Anyhow, the bottom line. If you're looking for a great deal on a good used car, these folks are worth checking out.
