“On the 19th of December i could not connect my Lenovo to wifi.On the recommendation of a friend I called Richard. He said we could go to his office between 1 & 3 or make an appointment for him to come to our home. After quickly assessing I was not a victim of a virus he was able to get my machine functioning with a wireless adapter and offered to help me return my computer to Lenovo as it still under Warranty. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring and substantially undercharges in spite of his expertise and experience.Dorothy Levine”
