It took a few weeks for delivery but the battery was the correct fit and charged up well. No issues thus far.

If I could give them 0 stars I would... I placed an order for a battery that clearly stated "in stock" ready to ship. So I place the order and then hear nothing for several days... okay, so I send an email asking for a status update... what's going on with our order. I hear nothing back till the end of the week, convenient stating the battery needs to be shipped out from a US warehouse which is exactly what I was trying to avoid and even paid for the rushed shipping that was available. Well by the time they responded I had asked for a refund already because I couldn't wait any longer and I made the purchase from iTek based on misinformation... so several days pass again, next thing you know it's the middle of the following week and I've sent several emails, some angry, some cordial but nothing, not a peep from iTek. Suddenly my tracking number that has been stuck in the status "electronic info submitted to shipper" has a delivery date, and that's when things really ticked me off. Despite me trying to cancel, telling them not to ship it, calling them out as scammers, they still went ahead and shipped it me anyways and I have to imagine this was out of spite! So fast forward to the delivery date, of course it doesnt show the day its supposed to arrive anyways, then gets updated and arrives almlst 5 days later... which makes sense because according to the shippper they hadn't even had it dropped off/picked up yet. ANYWAYS, now I have this battery, ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS!!! NO COMMUNICATION, NO REFUND, NO APOLOGY, NOTHING!!! They didn't charge me for the fast shipping though, as if that makes up for everything else. I ended up purchasing the same battery from a local supplier that was actually better and fully certified for a comparable price and was able to call once, get a hold of someone, and pick up the battery same day. (Hint hint they are a battery manufacturer/repair & replacement specialists in Mississauga Ontario) Anyways I'm posting my experience in the hopes they'll actually respond to me and stop violating there own terms and conditions. Should they fail to, I'll escalate this to legal matter and let yall know how that goes should I be able/allowed to.
I'm sure it's not a bad company, and I'm not sure if it's prejudice cause I'm not from Quebec, or because I'm upset and called them out on this, but I kinda get that vibe from what feels like very one sided inequitable treatment from iTeks customer service team. I'm tempted to post screen shots of the email thread and timeliness so everyone can see what I'm talking about... still that is my next step unless they fairly resolve this.
Rest assured iTek, I will update this review on how you chose to resolve this.
Update: Escalating to a legal matter, still no response from iTek Canada.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!
They take your money, never change the status of your order, if the package does arrive they won't accept refunds. Super misleading in stock claims.
IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN THOUCH WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. ILLEGAL OPERATING STANDARDS!
THEY DO NOT ABIDE BY THEREOWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS and if you read all the previous 1 star reviews you will see back in the day they used to just disparage there customers who complained and mostly blaim the customer or act like because they mentioned there order was delayed there an idiot for posting about there poor experience and its not iTeks fault if your unhappy about that. If they do respond to any of there recent reviews (doubtful) they likely won't have anything nice to say... seems they've given up on trying by my view.
STAY AWAY, SAVE YOURSELF A MAJOR HEADACHE....

Items ordered received, however I had to wait about a week before getting any information or emails about the delivery. When I was finally notified by Canada Post about a date, it never arrived and then the notification changed the next date to updates will follow. When I contacted iTEK, I got a machine answering. Starting to think this was a scam. Finally got updates from Canada Post and got my batteries after I emailed them on the 3rd week of the order, enquiring about my order.

Our product arrived as promised, in perfect shape. It was the exact battery we needed for our older phone. It has been charging and lasting well. I can definately recommend both the product and ITEK.
