Ive showed there just because on the internet it says there is some special wether on flipp or circulaire en ligne and they tell me that these are fake ... they dont have any promotion till the 26th ... so i guess all the application sharing special and discount are now fake ive asked to make an exeption because it is understable but they never said on their website that there is no discount .... anyways i was not happy to move there for nos reason that my point of view.

I’ve been a customer of this Pharmaprix for close to 30 years and service has always been rocky- which can be expected with the amount of turnover- however tonight was a different story.
My mother was treated with the utmost disrespect by the young blonde working in the pharmaceuticals department. Shes definitely new because we haven’t noticed her many times before. After being stuck on hold for over 30 minutes at around 5 tonight (usually the case when you select the English queue), she went into the Pharmaprix to order her prescriptions. She returned later around 7pm to pick up her order when the young blonde refused to service my mother and threw a tantrum when she simply wanted to purchase a deodorant with her prescriptions. For context, the store was empty and no other customers were waiting. And yes, similar to other Pharmaprix’s there’s a sign that says they no longer allow transactions, however they’ve continued to do so when it’s 1-2 items regardless of other customers in line. The disgruntled employee reluctantly completes my mother’s purchase, THROWS the receipt at her and walks away as my mom is talking to her. Another employee then rushed over to assist my mom with a bag who had already helped herself.
I don’t know who raised this young woman but whether you’re having a bad day or not- you don’t treat people like that- let alone when you’re in customer service.
Being an English speaking, visible minority in a largely French-Canadian community, she’s had her fair share of struggles. But this is one of MANY discriminatory events that she’s encountered at this location and action needs to be taken.

The owner of this pharmacy is not mature enough to be in the business, let alone run his own pharmacy. He doesn’t understand basic principles of organizational workflow, care for client safety, and leadership. It is a surprise, by the amount of mistakes his team constantly make that he is even allowed to keep his practice. Delivering fast service is completely meaningless if service is subpar and foreign in how low of a standard it follows. I wrote the review in English so head office in Ontario can read it and take action.

I just transferred my file today to another pharmacy because the price of the same medication for my eyes is charge more than 20% than other pharmacies. I would have never thought that essential medication with prescription prices is being manipulated.
Also my nice pharmacist who is very helped and nice prepared my medication and no one from them staff bothered to let me know it was ready and when I went a week later they had dispatched it.
Don’t waste your time and money at this pharmacy.
Not also to mention the time I had to change my babies diaper on the floor of the pharmacy because there was no diaper changing table in the bathroom. I was also waiting for my baby’s medication.
On est vraiment rendu à un temps où le service humain n’existe presque plus.

This message is for the owner of Pharmaprix de Saint Constant. I've been going to the Pharmaprix in Saint Constant for 10 years and this year I notice that your cashier clerks have no experience or manners. Too bad you don't see the reviews and the rating your customers gave you (3.7)! it's not up to par at all.
I say goodbye because I'm changing pharmacies.

Terrible!!!!! Indicated that closes at 10 p.m. like the outside plate but closes at 9 p.m., just the moment that my child needs medicine, Bravo Pharmaprix!!!!

Don't go there to mail international packages. The post office staff is not properly trained and the packages doesn't get to destination. I have a package stuck at the Belgium custom because the package wasn't properly entered in the Canada Post system.
