“I can’t say enough good things about my experience. My tow truck driver Matthew went completely above and beyond. He was friendly, professional, incredibly kind, and genuinely cared about helping me.
He not only towed my vehicle to the dealership, but then drove me all the way back home. He even loaded my bicycle into the back of the tow truck so I wouldn’t have to worry about getting it home, and when we arrived, he helped carry my bags inside.
In a situation that could have been very stressful, he made the entire experience so much easier with his positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. This company is extremely lucky to have an employee like him. Outstanding customer service—I would highly recommend this company because of him!”
