I've recently purchased one of your batteries (Maxx 94-R 709 CCA) from the Walmart website and picked it up at a Walmart store located at 500 Voie De La Desserte, Saint-Constant, Quebec J5A 2E7.The battery works fine. The problem was when I tried to return my old battery to this Walmart for recycling and get the refundable $20 core charge as advertised on the website, they couldn't do it. I called the Walmart customer service for help and they said nothing can be done and that I should call the manufacturer. Manufacturer never answers. So, I would like to know how to recycle my old battery and how to receive the refundable core charge.

I see that this walmart is not handling the issue of racism in this store. I went to buy some stuff at this walmart and one of the employee practically blocked my way when i was leaving asking me if it was my natural hair. Today the 13/03/2025. This was the same employee that was physical with me in the last year. I made a complaint once again. They will review the camera and called me back. I have been going to this store for the last 13 years and as a family we have spent thousands of dollars there. But the Racism that I have encountered from some of the employees lately are horrible. I have been followed out the store by an aggressive, male employee threatening me with violence.I am not the only one who had faced aggression from this store Employees. An Employee has been physical with me today . I threatened to call the police but the Manager made the Employee apologized .I have complained to Customer Service many times before about the Aggressive behaviour of their employees. You work hard for you money, pay for your goods, photographed at the checkout and then you get physically assaulted on your way out. This kind of behaviour should never be tolerated.Any Employee that engaged with a Customer in a physically way should be fired because a Customer can get seriously hurt.

Worst stocked place, maybe stock once in a while, pretty much nothing your looking for is there, only for quick things, anything flyer related or promotional, is probably stock first day of the flyer, the rest of the days same stock, definitely questionable management, as stocking is principal of even owning a store to begin with

Delivery is the worse now following Canada post strike. It’s understandable Canada post employees are fighting for their rights but it’s not right when people have to suffer from it as well. Their issue is with the system not me. I need my item which been delayed for two times and who’s know if the third date of delivery gone happen! It’s ridiculous what’s going on.

This evening after work I'm going to do some errands at the Walmart St-Con, between two baskets with two big posters -50% I find a big Snoopy for my Bernese Mountain Dog I scan it at the terminal after the cosmetics section 24, 95 cool -50% like $12.50 I continue my commissions at the checkout it goes full price I ask to do it to me at 50% I will give you the details after 3 people and 5min the manager arrives “kimberly” and there no c it's a mistake, it's a customer's fault that it's just the discounted Halloween items but it's not written on the two posters, in the end after 10 minutes I pay 24.95 total of my bill for the day $188 yes the my dog's food! In short, she found 15 unrelated excuses but never their fault. almost if it's my fault he was in the basket. So last time at this Walmart with customer service that is not customer oriented. the Candiac store will be much better already it is cleaner! I forget the guy who takes care of the baskets that I see every week always has a kind word and the checkout attendants are always very friendly. It’s a shame that a manager would destroy a store like that, especially since the money Walmart invests in advertising to bring in customers is thrown away by people like her. Thanks Kimberly for the crappy excellent service and $12.50.

Yesterday I was accused of STEALING! I am almost 50yrs old and shop here almost every other week spending hundreds of dollars each visit. The self checkout out lady said that they call all other walmarts in area, I asked her why she told me this her reply was we have eyes all over this store! I am fully aware and didn't appreciate being accused as a theif. I am seriously considering bringing my business to Costco.

Me, my sister and my mother came a few weeks ago to find out about cell phone plans. We spoke with Amine in electronics who was very knowledgeable and gave us excellent customer service. We came to see him several times and asked him several questions, he was patient and competent. We were all able to find a cell phone plan that suited us each.
