Last January 15 I went to see them for my Synthetic oil change on Equinox 2.4L. I have been working at this garage for a little over 3 years. The cost of my oil change on January 15...$109 including taxes. But that day, my visit did not go well, so after discussion with the boss, he told me that on my next visit, I would have $10 off. Anyway.... This morning I go to my appointment, the receptionist tells me... I have a note in your file... I ask him if it's the $10 discount, he tells me replied...No, I don't see this note in your file, but on the other hand, I must inform you that the cost for your oil change is $130 before taxes. Hahaha! I went to this garage because it was on my way to work, ha yes! and also for Kevin, because Kevin, don't mess around with an oil change. Thank you, Kevin for your good service. :-) I hope they gave you my $10 tip for this morning? Villemaire is over for me... When I got to work, I called 3 other garages to find out how much they charge for the same service. So, I got 1 price at $103 + taxes, 1 other at $109 plus taxes and the last one at $111 plus taxes. Fake, this morning a simple oil change plus $10 tip...$159. I put 1 star because I was robbed but I give 5 stars to Kevin!

Good customer service. However, I was disappointed with the waiting time. 1.5 hour wait for an oil change. They told me that they were on a 15 minute break, as a reason.... Again, an oil change is not 1h15, especially since I was alone ?. And what's more, they didn't renew in my system.

I recently wrote for a window replacement.And he tried to quote me a price of over $1000 by telling me that there are options in my windshield that I don't have at all.I mentioned it to them and they lied to me by telling me that they inquired at the dealership to get the information and which is totally false if we have a little knowledge.So, in addition to trying to cross me, they're a bunch of liars.

Very disappointed with the last 4 visits to your garage! Charges not agreed in advance, change of synthetic oil instead of normal (which I requested), poor service and 10 hour waiting time for a misunderstanding.. (I had called at the time of my appointment to specify that my vehicle was in place, but it was not transmitted to the right person!)
