I reside in Halifax N.S Canada but I usually buy my vehicles from Montreal. I made a deal with Auto zoom through Agent REMI to purchase one of their cars. I got everything lined up for the purchase, Money draft deposit, etc. on my way to Montreal I ran into a family emergency. Which forced me to cancel my trip and turn back around to Nova Scotia. I reached out to autozoom to explain, but I wasn’t sure What their reaction was going to be. to my surprise, they were beyond understanding never ask any question, on the contrary they were concerned about my family And without hesitation, Discarded the draft And return the deposit. I just want to say businesses should learn to do business this way. You guys got a life time potential customer.!

Very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere when we went there to view a car. Rémi is very knowledgeable on his cars, knows a lot of details, sociable and is a very good young salesman with lots of potential. The staff there were also quite kind. Excellent communication with phone and text. A very nice place to shop for your future car.

I recently worked with Autozoom to sell my truck, and the experience was excellent. They offered me the best price on the market. The entire team was friendly and helpful, but I mainly dealt with John — he was incredibly professional and easy to work with. He took care of the entire selling process from start to finish, and even arranged an Uber to get us home afterward. I highly recommend this dealership.

The banks had better watch out! In short, a service like you rarely see.
