    This branch claims to be open until 8 p.m. on Thursdays. It is false, it's false. The counter is closed at 6:30 p.m. on Thursdays.

    ...ALL institutions are worried about bottom line, not clients satisfaction. No activity in your account they charge you an administrative fee of 20$! Unreal after 20 yrs as client. Are you kidding me , what work did you do to charge $20?Unbelievable, not to mention sad.
