No follow up, save some time and find a better mortgage specialist or better yet deal with a mortgage broker. On our first appointment the financial advisor assured us that their mortgage specialist was great and heard great feedbacks from her clients.Turned out to be the other way around. No communication about the pre-approval and we were told that she would get back at us in a few days.

There is extraordinary service from the members of this branch. Among others, there is Mr. Mathieu Leblanc who takes care of investments and Mélissa who is always there to help us and support us in our needs. Mr. Leblanc is remarkably efficient. He follows the files to perfection. In a benevolent way, and with full knowledge of the causes, he informs us and suggests what is best for us.Bravo to this branch! ?

...ALL institutions are worried about bottom line, not clients satisfaction. No activity in your account they charge you an administrative fee of 20$! Unreal after 20 yrs as client. Are you kidding me , what work did you do to charge $20?Unbelievable, not to mention sad.

I will preface this by saying I understand that the bank must protect itself and their customers from fraud. I have been a customer at this branch for 36 years without issue. But when I deposit a cheque, I am made to feel like a criminal. I.e.: where did the cheque come from, we have to put a hold on it... etc etc. Teller was bordering on rude. I am slowly transferring all my accounts into another financial institution.

This is the 4th time that I have come after closing, trusting Google maps or Apple Maps which indicate that the branch is open until 8 p.m. Let's see. It's 2023. Change the display already. Very frustrating.Then we close at 3 p.m., and people who work until 4 p.m. cannot go after their day.It's a joke.

I went to the TD bank to make a certified check to place in my direct brokerage reer of the national bank in st-eustache they froze my checks yet in my account I have much more than the funds I wanted deposited in plus he didn't know how to connect my accounts the manager didn't even have the courage to come and meet me she had the clerk do her job I had to call direct brokerage really it's like two entities my problem should be solved now Friday than next Tuesday not strong

At the counter it’s a big zero because expected. A good half hour and the line hasn’t moved a bit! Lots of staff to welcome you but only 2 people at the counter! So we left and the people around me had no more praise
