Cabane à Sucre Constantin offers a warm and traditional Quebecois experience. Throughout the year, visitors can enjoy a boutique du terroir with over 132 homemade products, including delicious syrups, meat pies, and baked goods. From February to April, the sugar shack transforms into a mini-farm with a rustic brunch, line dancing, and activities for children, creating a festive atmosphere. The food is highly praised for its quality and classic sugar shack dishes, with generous servings and a lively ambiance complemented by Quebecois music. The service is friendly and attentive, often checking on guests and refilling drinks. In addition to dining, the venue provides private reception halls for groups of 70 or more from May to January. While some activities like the zoo and tractor rides require payment, overall, Cabane à Sucre Constantin is appreciated as a fun, traditional, and welcoming place to enjoy good food and memorable moments.
A perfect place to enjoy Canada’s winter nature with your family is where you can gently touch tall, long tailed, well trained horses that take visitors on a tour through snowy forests. Even better, you get to taste delicious pine syrup a real treat!
