Très bonne expérience, moi et ma blonde ont été stresser pour l'achat du plancher, mais finalement ont a été agréablement surpris, plancher top qualité, respect des délais et prix compétitif !!!

Good service, good organization, good products, excellent variety of products that you will find elsewhere only with difficulty. Had a hardwood floor that was like the original in the house (+-70 years old), very happy to have been able to harmonize a new section with the old surface.

Very difficult customer experience with Nathalie. Lack of respect towards the customer in branch. Does not seem to understand that the client is not a flooring expert and has questions or understandings that may be incorrect.The service is not suitable for individuals.
