“Where do I even begin? Let me tell you about my legendary experience with Quebec Acoustique. I originally ordered an Astell & Kern SE300 from Quebec Acoustique's Amazon store (because who doesn’t love a little click-and-buy?), but then BOOM—enter William, the sales manager at Quebec Acoustique and all-around wizard.
William messages me, asks why I’m buying from the Amazon store, and points out that the price was outdated on there. THEN he casually mentions that they had an insane deal on the SE300 but—plot twist—they were sold out. But wait! He doesn’t leave me hanging. No, no, he grabs the demo model off the shelf on the downlow (cue dramatic music), ensuring I get the same sweet deal.
In short, I ended up spending a ton less than I had planned, which is basically like winning the lottery without buying a ticket. Fast forward to today: the player arrived in better condition than William promised, and I was just thrilled. If this thing sounds half as good as the service at Quebec Acoustique, I’ve won the audiophile jackpot.
Next up, I’ll be back for headphones once I stop indecisively pondering every possible option. But hey, with this level of service, I have no doubt I’ll get the right one. Cheers to William and the team for being absolute legends. If you're looking for exceptional service (and a bonus helping of savings), this is the place!”

“I love this store... There's always new stuff on the market and they are the first to have it available. I purchase a great deal through them both online or directly in store. There is definitely more availablility via the website but this is a very large floor area, entirely dedicated to helping you build your next computer or upgrade something (even if you don't have to... Know what I mean, nudge nudge wink, wink).
