Do not encourage this place. My father-in-law waited 1 hour and 15 minutes at the counter, even though the truck was reserved in advance. When the manager saw that he was not happy waiting, he told him to go away and he would not rent the truck to him. Belisle next door was extraordinary.

- Great waste of time at the counter every time I rent for business. Competition allows me to choose all insurance options online and saves me 20-30 minutes every time I lose at Enterprise. Even though I have a business account I am treated as if it was my first time renting from them.
- They often do not have the reserved car category, the options are not always in favor of the customer.
- Luggage cover - when you travel for business you often have suitcases (laundry, laptop, etc.) but their cars often have the missing luggage cover and have seen the contents of the suitcase, they never have an answer other than to say nothing.

If games can put a 0 I would have put it. I arrive at their place around 12:20 p.m. to pick up a reserved vehicle. They say we have to wait a little because, and in the meantime I paid the $300 with visa. 40 minutes later I ask where the car is, they say that there are only two of us and there are lots of customers so we have to wait... I ask that I have been waiting for 40 minutes, the guy there says that if you are not happy go elsewhere..word for word...image such service..I wish this message to be read by the senior management of the company...thank you

My family and I went for a ride to Quebec to buy a car road trip! at the same time we ended up renting a car when we got there. Our new car wasn't ready Enterprise pick us up np one call. They are very respectful and a pleasure renting a car from them!!
