I went there to just ask a question about a car that I had already bought from another dealer. Knowing that, having no obligation, the guy spent more than 15 minutes responding to my questions and explaining things about my car that I didn't know of.

I can't talk about the sales service but the repair service should be reviewed in general at Hyundai, don't expect excellent service because even with an extended warranty they practically charge you by saying hello to you whether it's at Hamel, at Albi he is always looking to make money on distributions. Worse if you go to Hamel with a new car bought from Albi. We have 2 Hyundai cars and every time we have to go for service it is always very laborious and unpleasant. I can't believe you keep such rude employees. Honestly, a forced retirement would be beneficial for some as well as a re-evaluation of your service criteria. Obviously, during the sale with the sellers and financial directors everything is rosy but once the many problems appear, hell begins. Finished for us Hyundai!!! Never again! It is better to pay a little more for competitors in the long term you will save a lot of hassle.
