I recently had a terrible experience at the La Source store in Place St-Eustache. After having my phone stolen in Italy, I urgently needed to reactivate my service on a new device. Virgin Plus had advised me to visit a store for identity verification and number transfer.
Upon arrival, I explained my situation, but after a brief look, the manager abruptly stated they couldn't help and I needed to call Virgin Plus myself. Despite my lack of a working phone, they refused to use their direct line to assist me. When I asked to at least purchase a Virgin SIM card, the staff seemed annoyed and reluctant.
Eventually, after much insistence, an employee called Virgin's direct line. They verified my ID and activated the SIM, proving they could have helped from the start. The Virgin representative confirmed that the store should have been able to assist me all along.
The staff's initial claim about an already activated eSIM was incorrect and caused unnecessary confusion. Their unwillingness to explain the process or offer basic assistance was frustrating, especially given my recent theft experience.
While my service was ultimately restored, the lack of empathy, misinformation, and reluctance to help made this an unnecessarily stressful experience. This La Source location needs significant improvement in customer service, staff training, and their commitment to assisting Virgin Mobile customers effectively.

a portable hard drive ordered from Montreal, must be picked up. a 30-minute drive, departure at 8:30 p.m.… arrival scheduled for 8:58 p.m. upon arriving, with the shopping center lights already off, ADRIL allows me to collect the item already paid for even if he is already closing up shop. Thanks again, Adril!!!

Excellent service at La Source de Rosemère by Aidan and Camilla. Great attitude and confident to have the best product for us. Believe me, this is often the case. Very knowledgeable too. At least go and see their offer for cellular and even TV/internet packages

I went to buy a pair of headphones, a salesman approached me and there I had the famous question that the source asks you every time you shop at that place before even asking me what I was looking for. "What is your phone" no I don't want your phone I just want my pair of headphones period, I can understand that they make commission on phone sales but good god lord wait until the end of Ve te before asking. Honestly I don't go there often because of that, as a customer I find it offensive to be asked that first instead of knowing why I'm coming to shop.
