They say they match price but when you arrive with a 25$ difference between them and summit tool suddenly ho its not the same tool even though they have the same number...... I guess I'll go buy my tools elsewhere

We had a problem with a faulty hot water tank on a Saturday afternoon 2 hours before closing. The manager Eric made every effort to help us resolve the situation. Thanks to him the problem was resolved quickly.

I am changing my opinion based on recent bad experiences.
I bought a patio door. Rona gave me another size that didn't work for my space. During this period, I continued to pay my contractor. After 3 days, they came to replace it with another door that cannot be locked (you can open the door even when you put the lock on the lock). Yak!!!!
Then, I have to call or come to find out how they are going to repair the locker. What's worse, an employee told me that there is a risk that I will pay an amount for the repair of "a new door purchased from Rona".
After multiple hassles and aborted appointments to get my door. Today, Rona is waiting for a response from the manufacturer to find out if it will repair my lock (the locker or send a technician to my home, at my expense).
In the meantime, everyone can use this door when I'm not at home... WHAT A GREAT STORE!???
As they say in Quebec: Bravo champion!
You will have more customers by doing this. Because it’s a good marketing strategy.

Is not the first time that Rona surprised me with the super customer service .. today I want to mention specially Myke from appliances .. I bought 2 items as a special order and he did a perfect follow up with the supplier and got my items without any delay . He is so professional. Thank you for your perfect service Myke really appreciated ?

I was at the Store on Wednesday September 18 @09h15 to buy flooring, that was on Special, i asked the clerk for help, he tells me that flooring is discontinued then tells me to go to another store he can't find it WOW what great service.

I kept waiting for someone to help me but no one is there despite it’s not busy and Tuesday, I asked Mm Isabel looks like she is the manager there and she confirmed this gentleman there is the one who can help you but he is busy with another client, I waited another 8 min till he finished and as soon as I explained to him my request Mm Isabel showed up saying pls leave the client to another gentleman ( who knows nothing about the door I wanted to buy ) , and I just got surprised and told her it didn’t work this way you didn’t even bother to excuse me , she just left .

Very disappointed with the service from the gentleman who is responsible for the rows for the lights, no service, no respect, having other customers pass while I waited...very ordinary.

I waited 17 minutes to pay at the cash register. Poor service. I am an entrepreneur and this is probably the last time at Rona.

1 star, because their new policy for contractors is ridiculous, you can't buy if you don't have an account with them on contractor hours even if I have my trailer documented and I show him my business card, I will continue to go and encourage your competitors content that you do not need customers, I have never seen a business spit on sales

There is a limit to putting the blame on the customer. I wanted to buy a water heater eligible for the $100 rebate from Hydro-Québec and other items for my work. The employee at the plumbing counter gave me an invoice including the tank and delivery and told me to go to the cash register to fill out the coupon for the Hydro-Québec rebate. I arrive at the register and all my items and invoice are scanned and I pay a nice $1500, but to my great surprise, no $100 discount. I inform the cashier of the forgetting. This is when my shopping experience becomes memorable. I am asked to return to the plumbing to get a new invoice, the plumbing returns to the cash register saying that this is not the way to do it, 2-3 service managers come to get involved, in short 45 minutes later, I didn't get my discount. Even the store manager (I assume) showed up to resolve the issue. They even dared to tell me that it was my fault and that I should have said it at the start that I should have the coupon when it was up to the plumbing to give it to me.
In short, I asked for my $1500 bill to be refunded and I went elsewhere. I can no longer trust an attendant or a manager at RONA. You have to do everything and check it yourself. There is something wrong at RONA and it is not up to customers to pay the price. Bye

I put 1 star because I cannot give 0, the service with RONA is really very bad, you should be wary of this company, it is stealing from you. Let me explain, I returned a defective item purchased with Affirm on June 10 and since then, I have had problems getting a refund with Affirm. Affirm will charge me interest for an item that I no longer have since June 10 because it does not reimburse the interest received. The problem is that Affirm never received the refund from Rona and did not return it on June 28. He tells me (Rona) that it takes 30 days for a refund, wow what a great service we have provided in 2024 everything can be done quickly by computer (it took me 5 minutes to write this message). Thank you Rona for your collaboration. I know that for you I am a small customer among the others but it is with lots of small customers that the company will succeed in continuing to move forward.
