Never go to this garage. They created problems on my car. In addition to lying to me about the condition of my brakes, they put the wrong brake discs (smaller), then neglected the repair which caused further damage. And finally, when I call to get the papers out of my file, they have nothing left! I have never seen such a dishonest garage.

Worst experienceI went there twice to repair my car. I had no choice since I have Elite Silver insurance! I told them that it was the master cylinder that was the problem and the mechanic didn’t want to know anything! He told me that my mechanic had done a bad job on the new brakes installed. I paid without saying anything! A week later, same problem! The mechanic tells me oh it’s your master cylinder that’s the problem! As I said at the very beginning, what was the problem! After 8 days, my car stopped on the 440, I was driving 100 km and my brakes locked up! I went from 100 to 0 km in a few seconds! My son was in the car with me! Luckily nothing happened! I went to another mechanic and they told me that the master cylinder was incorrectly installed which caused my car to brake! I called them and explained the problem that caused my brakes to overheat and that they would have to replace my new brakes (discs and pads) because it was their fault that my car failed! It’s not even been 3 months since I put new brakes on!I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU FIND ANOTHER GARAGE.

no comment....never again. nothing to do...never again. I don't even feel like discussing with you anymore...your St Eustache branch is very incompetent and arrogant. I was fooled for having bought HGregoire and Mécanique 360. My repairs were done all wrong....it's quite hypocritical to tell us to contact you...it seems to me that it's you who should contact us.. .this clearly demonstrates your professionalism. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

I had a problem with my belts because they were making noise. They changed my belt and said it was fixed. 3 months later it starts again so I call them to say it's not fixed and it seems like it's no longer under their warranty because it's been 3 months. In addition, I had a deplorable experience when I went to do this repair. I had to make an appointment with them twice. The first time they didn't have the belt when I arrived because it ultimately didn't arrive when they ordered it, the second time because they ultimately wouldn't have time to do it.

I had to contact Mr. Muffler following the purchase of a car from HGregoire, which turned out to be defective: engine oil leak and airbag malfunction (however, the airbags no longer work six months after the repair). Interestingly, I was given an inspection report at the time of purchase stating that the car had gone through a 150+ point inspection and there were no issues.4 days after the repair by the specialists of this workshop, the car stalled on the highway and smoke came out from under the hood.The second repair caused the huge consumption of coolant. Also, there was a lot of very dense smoke for 15 minutes after starting, as well as when accelerating.Mister Muffler did a check, found no problem. However, right after leaving their shop, I had the check engine light flashing. But Mr. Muffler refused to repair my car, saying they take no responsibility because they had transferred my car to a Hyundai dealership for the second repair.So, I had to go to a dealer, who confirmed that the new problem is caused by the actions of Mr. Muffler who had installed a bad oil filter (the installed filter cannot be used with my car) after the second repair. I hated my experience. I went for a warranty following the purchase of a vehicle from H. Grégoire. I had to go 3 times to get the repair done. Twice to find the problem and once to repair (engine oil leak). Arrogance on the part of an adviser. I really didn't feel like I was valued as a customer. No accommodation from them. Restricted opening and appointment times. They kept my vehicle for 2 days when I had specifically made an appointment to do the repair in one day and had clearly mentioned that I had no other means of transport. They have the heavy pencil for the "shop supply" not paid for by the guarantee. First and last time for me. Even though my vehicle is still under warranty, I prefer to go to my mechanic and pay for the repairs.

They fixed my transmission 2 times. Never lasted more than 1day the repairs. One tells me they never had problems like this where the used transmission is a defect the other tells me they always have problems. Can not even tell you how many million miles the used garbage transmission has. Who is lying. They work for H Gregoire no wonder they don't care. I bought an Elantra from hg Grégoire during my delivery the seller simply gave me the keys without any information on my car and everything they had promised me nothing was done. My car had a noise rubbing so they gave me an appointment 2 hours waiting to tell me it was a Ball joint and that he would orderThe part and would call me 2 weeks later I called myself to tell me that he had just received another appointment then Mr Charles at the counter told me that he had changed the part but that he did not find the noise .I went to a good mechanical garage to do an inspection because the noise was still there.
