I brought a drone in for repair, a few days later I was called to pick it up, but on the first test flight, the problem was still present. $115 in a vacuum, but that was just the beginning! 9-10 months later I finally heard from them, they gave me 2 quotes, one for $750 plus tax and another for $1000. The following week when I was called to pick up my device I was told that it cost $899 plus taxes! After arguing, the owner finally agrees to respect his submission but gives me the impression that he is doing me a favor when that is really not the case!!!! So I pay $863 on top of the $115 I had paid almost a year earlier (for the same repair!)
After 1 year and $1000 my device is still broken and I felt like they didn't really care when I went to pick it up!
