Excellent customer experience for me.
I came to make my appointment and was greeted in a courteous and professional manner. The reception room was clean and well organized.
I thought my problem was serious. The advisor or mechanic explained to me that on my type of vehicle it is sometimes less serious. The team inspected my vehicle. They opted to change a few parts and my brake and suspension system works great now. All for much less than other quotes.

I called to get an appointment for an oil change and got the date and time I wanted. The service is fast and the staff is courteous and professional. The synthetic oil change cost me $50 less than at the Toyota St-Eustache dealership. I recommend this merchant.
