WARNING WARNING!! READ ALL THE COMMENTS CAREFULLY, BECAUSE WHAT I EXPERIENCED IN THIS PLACE, I WAS SURPRISED TO FIND THAT OTHERS HAVE ALSO EXPERIENCED!
I entered this store with the intention of buying new summer tires... The reception was so terrible that I couldn't believe it! I asked the gentleman if he was the owner, and he replied defiantly that yes!
Mr. Rinaldo, aggressive, did not want to answer my questions, because I did not know the size of the tires I was looking for... I mentioned that I could give the model of my vehicle, the brand, the year, etc. (which I have done in other similar businesses...) but Mr. Rinaldo didn't want to hear anything.
I was accompanied by my 11-year-old son, so despite the affront I was experiencing, I remained calm. I was trying to understand how a business owner could treat his customers this way... He even threatened to call the police to get me out of the store because I kept asking questions meaning nonsense. situation!
It would have been so easy to take my information and help me find the tires needed for my car. Other businesses with better customer care were able to help me...
Mr Rinaldo, I still came to your house to buy tires, in a specialist tire store. I sincerely believe that you are a dark idiot, and I do not advise anyone to do business with you! Really, I doubt your integrity! We all know that a garage is the perfect place to get scammed, but I believe that with you, we are at the top of the pyramid of scammers!

Very poor reception and service. I had gone there for a simple balancing of the 4 wheels. I asked them if the equipment used was recent. At the reception I was told that I was asking too many questions!

WORST GARAGES I HAVE EXPERIENCED!My rear brakes were due on my truck. They broke the brakes during their inspection so I had to give them the job, they charged me $1850 to change 2 brakes and $250 for an oil change.After their inspection they showed me the bushings to change and told me that it takes 3 hours minimum to change 2 bushings in front, very easy to access.They had to keep my work truck for 2 days to change the brakes??I had specifically asked them to lock it securely and keep it safe since I have a lot of tools inside, when I arrived to pick up my truck the day after that THE 2 FRONT DOORS WERE UNLOCKED.THE 2 CLERKS AT THE FRONT SAY IT'S MY FAULT BECAUSE HE THOUGHT I WOULD LEAVE WITH IT WHEN I CAME TO PAY.WHETHER I LEAVE WITH IT OR NOT WITH IT, ITS NO CHANGE THAT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN LOCKED AT ALL TIMES DURING THEIR CUSTODY.I also asked them to look at my heater, they never looked.It was the first and last time I went to an S point.CROSSERS AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The employees lost my wheel lock and take no responsibility. You're the last ones to change my tires, so it's clearly you. Lack of professionalism.

Wow! Meet quickly (even during the tire rush) and start work at the appointed time. The staff is pleasant, courteous and their tasks carried out efficiently! I will come back for sure!!!

It's madness with these people. I wanted to replace my summer tires. So I called to ask for a quote they told me 103 dollars with tax. I said okOnce there . They told me that I had not specified that my tires were new. So it's 45 dollars per tire and without tax. It’s clearly viola. I left straight away. This is theft and you should be ashamed
