I had excellent service, right in the middle of the holiday season. There were about ten customers, and despite it being the holiday season there were three counter attendants and another member of staff who seemed to be helping them. I am surprised to read so many negative comments. I have had better service here than at branches of large banks in downtown Montreal. Waiting time was reasonable. The attendant was very courteous and took the time necessary to answer me.

Try to make an apointment on the phone..the AI from the branch hang up on me 3 times...couldn't talk with someone..I lost 55 min for nothing...very embarassing situation

Only 1 agent at SaC at 11:30 on a Thursday morning: NOT STRONG RBC! 30 minute wait being the 1st in line. I shouldn't be surprised, this is too often the case at this branch. I do everything I can to avoid having to go there. PATHETIC AS A SERVICE.

I have a friend I do business with he's been a very longtime customer with rbc, I used to go this branch to make deposits to his account. they make you feel like if you're doing a terrible thing🤔 he closed his account now we do business with another bank, the service at counter is uncomparable

Counter employees now move people who do not respect the queue to the detriment of those who do.
Very good exercise in civics and professionalism.

Employees with attitude. Disappointing and a big waste of time. A word of advice, don't do any bank accounts with RBC because they always have problems.

If there is a zero, I will give it to this branch because of their staff.
1-misinformed of an employee at the service center.
2- the 2nd employee at the branch refused to tell me his first name! In order to argue my complaint.
3- no manager present, in the branch, telling me that he left.
Think carefully before opening an account with RBC, this is my advice, after 10 years of experience with this bank.

L'employée blonde avec un piercing sous la levre donne un service a la clientele comme une ado frustrée de 16 ans. Elle a l'attitude de quelqu'un qui se pense clairement meilleur que ses clients. Je voulais déménager mon compte parce que nous avons acheté une maison dans le coin, mais je prefere faire une heure de route à mon ancienne succursale plutot que d'avoir affaire avec ce genre de personne.

Dear rbc.. ur transfer limit change on .com is not functional.. uve added transfer to rbc clients and e transfers.When i change my limit it does nothing. It changes it for rbc clients which everyone at rbc is telling me are e transfers but theyre wrong. As when i change my limit to 0 im still able to transfer up to 10000. Plz fix this asap.

RBC is in my experience the worst bank I have had. The various and varied costs are indeed present, however the quality and efficiency of the service is definitely not up to par. Incompetent staff, obscure procedures, unbearable telephone server... In short, so on. Everything is done at RBC so that the client cannot have a say. It is time for this bank to respect the customer for the value of what is charged to them as fees instead of only thinking about the shareholders.

Very poor communication.Impossible to contact the branch directly: you have to go through the RBC central office which sends us elsewhere to a post which sends us elsewhere, etc. etc. and finally to a branch extension which tells us that we cannot contact the branch with this number.THE-MEN-TA-BLE.€m--€ service.

I was told by an employee at 4:58 p.m., in front of the door, that the bank was closed at 5 p.m. Really mixing...
