UPDATE
The car was safetied in Quebec and I was told there would be no problem to get a safety in Ontario. I was shocked to hear it did not pass the safety because there were major issues with the car. Very surprised that the technicians missed these very obvious issues. I was also told I would receive the missing floor mat for the car and according to them it was shipped. Almost a month later, nothing. It is very hard getting a response from them now. Very disappointing.

I purchased a 2024 Chevrolet Equinox EV 2RS vehicle and I am very satisfied. I love my vehicle and I would like to mention the excellent service obtained from Mélanie Raymond, my sales advisor. I purchased a VOLT in 2018, she accompanied me during this purchase and I wanted to relive my new purchase once again with her. She is efficient, helpful and reassuring. She responds quickly to messages sent, she is always generous with her time and makes us feel really important. I was also grateful for her great cooperation during the exchange of my vehicle, she is by far the best colleague I have met.

A very special mention also to Jany Eve (concerning the follow-up of my 2018 Volt) and Audrey who accompanied us during the delivery of the vehicle by presenting us with the vehicle's reception table and also configuring our phones, she was fast and mastered each of the steps very well. They offered us excellent service which we greatly appreciated.

Great experience, nice people, fun and cheerful. The employees are attentive and are there to help you, really. I was completely taken care of. Thanks to Denis Breton and his team.
Finally after having been there for a health check, the very aggressive secretary, the mechanic broke a part and said it was my fault, as if I had worked with him.
Threatens me not to finish the work because I'm not happy to pay for their mistake, in short after-sales service, zero.

I had excellent service from Frédérick Grenier when purchasing my vehicle! Good humor, good sense of humor but above all, very honest and hardworking. Indeed, he made sure to answer all my questions and that everything that needed to be done on the vehicle was actually done and on time :) In addition, I got a very good price for my new vehicle (used ) as well as for the vehicle that I left in exchange!
