The cashier made a mistake when making a refund, she charged me what she was supposed to reimburse me... and after having reimbursed this error, and afterwards, she refused to reimburse me the original amount.

Giant Tiger products are not what they once were. Now inferior products with the sole concern of saving on the cost of production at a relatively uneconomical cost to the customer. from "lasagna" which are just curly noodles with the equivalent of a tablespoon of tomato "juice" to toilet paper with which you can easily sand your furniture with. Products more expensive in store than elsewhere for the same brands. Very disappointed with this new branch.

I was around 8:30 this morning, when I arrived, at the outside door, an employee was swearing and complaining about her colleagues using quite violent words! She wears glasses, it was honestly very uncomfortable and luckily, I wasn't with my 4 year old son!
I went to the giant tiger for the food, the freshness of the fruit and frankly mediocre. There were 90% rotten cantaloupes for $2!!! Even free, this is unacceptable! I don't understand why they were still on the shelves, because their condition was really disgusting so it's clear that they should have been thrown away several days ago!
Last times I will go to this place! It’s a shame, because in Chomedey it’s not like that at all!
