Dropped off a vehicle after hours (approx 7pm). Did not bother to call us and left the key in the MAIL BOX! $25,000 car stolen off our lot, and because we weren’t notified of the drop off, it took us a week to figure this out

Thank you to TransGestion for taking care of the delivery of my parents' vehicle in Florida. At their age, it's easier this way than doing the 30 hour drive. A short 3-4 hour plane ride and presto, their car is waiting for them at Fort Lauderdale airport.... Vanessa quickly put them at ease, everything was clear, simple and quick.
