Very disappointing. They only sell hockey cards and none of the others. If their stuff keeps getting stolen, just put it behind a glass like you always do instead of just leaving the shelves empty. They seem to be good at making the customer's life harder and harder. Thank god the staff is nice at least.

I get what I want and head out; I don’t spend more time there than I need to.
Things are often a mess, with products being placed in random places here and there
Went around the 10th of October looking for Halloween things and noticed the Christmas decorations. Went to ask an employee who looked overly annoyed that I was asking for help. They just shrugged and asked someone else, who simply told me “They should be over there, if not, oh well” before just going back to their conversation.
I’ve once asked for help finding something, only to be told they didn’t have it in store. Took me an extra 10 minutes but I found what I was looking for.
Just shop online and get it delivered there.

I have been shopping at this Walmart for 5 years and I have never seen an employee say hello or smile to me, apart from the nice gentlemen who are always at the entrance. Is it that hard to do a job? Cosmetics even worse, today I had to wait so long for the lady to come and open the products that were blocked by the locks, even though she wasn't even busy. Do better.

their hygiene for food is disgusting. ive wasted so many times so much money of food that is spoiled. the best before date is good but they probably keep refrigerated food in heat for a long time. milk tastes weird, so many weird taste on refrigerated. i saw what kind of staff they have. the ones that really hate their job, never smiling never happy. always be careful from people like this that take care of your food. I came to update my review. look at those pogo. they are all bended. You can clearly see they melted and were frozen back. The taste is disgusting. the texture is disgusting. a bunch of idiots working there. one day someone will get seriously sick from their disgusting hygiene. thinking because its cheaper they can afford to give us crap.
Always always check the expiration date at this store ALWAYS. the hygiene at that store is comparable at the third tier world country. So many things o see are expired to scam people like me who used to never check those dates and they know 95% of people wont waste time for a refund. if you have a good salary whats the point to wait in line with an invoice waste 15 minutes to get a refund of 8$ + i never keep my receipt. SHAME ON YOU managers of this disgusting store

even though they had over 6 employees working at the registers they only had the self checkout open wich doesn’t take cash
since i was going to pay cash i left the product on a shelf and left
common sense would be to have at least 1 regular cash register open especially if the self checkout doesn’t take cash

Subscribed to the delivery pass, it is a practical service except to reach the store at the number provided with the order. See attached photo. The number refers to the orders to be picked up. When you choose option 1, as if you are ready to pick up, it asks for the order number or the last 4 digits of the phone number. By entering the last 4 digits of our telephone number, obviously it says that there is no order and that we are being transferred to an agent.....and it doesn't respond. Even after several attempts, during the week, morning and pm, it was impossible to reach anyone. In summary, it is impossible to reach the store, you must rather contact the general line which offers general service which would probably be more useful and personalized with the store! It's also really frustrating not to be able to order meats on sale, in circulars, for online orders....again, it's impossible to pass the comment on to the St-Eustache store.

Unable to refund or help me for poor quality product after 30 days. They wanted to get rid of me by referring me directly to the manufacturer who cannot and will not do anything. So I called back and the customer service person at Wal-Mart St-Eustache was unable/willing to help me, the policy is 30 days, period. So think carefully before buying something of value, no goodwill (I was 37 days) after my purchase.
Finished for me at Wal-Mart.

The fruit and vegetable section is really not fresh... there are always lots of rotten products... in the dairy section I often bought expired products because I hadn't read the date correctly... we would say that employees do not rotate products.
