“Quality products! I love their portioned vacuum packaging that allows you to keep meat in the freezer for long periods of time and to thaw the meat for 20 minutes in cold water.Their prices are incredibly good, considering the quality of their products (beef raised in a respectful environment, without growth hormones and without antibiotics).Passionate; the girl at the counter is a pearl. Behind her young age, she has a lot of knowledge about cuts of meat, their cooking, their tastes… she answers all my questions with patience and good humor (I am very curious and I want to try something new). She prepares my order with professionalism, speed and care. She does the same with the other two customers who passed while I was making the rounds.They have packages for large quantities. For example, 10 pkgs of ground beef, 8 pkgs of artisanal sausages, chicken breasts, … for an advantageous amount. Ask them for the price sheet.Lots of choices on site. Poultry, pork, beef, artisan sausages, artisan cold meats, marinated meats, pâtés (chicken, Mexican, etc.), meat sauces, mixed spices, all-dressed potatoes to put in the oven, salads, cuts of meat that you can't find in grocery stores (tab, skirt, etc.)I recommend!!!!”
