I waited 45 minutes to get information over the phone. Also, my credit card is not protected by a pin. With data theft it’s not a big win.
Updated January 18, 2020: still no response from mastercard either by email telnat or by phone. A wait with really unpleasant music for 45 minutes or more... Unacceptable!!
Another 4 days later and the music again. Maybe I call Archambault? I'll have to check.
