Ready to eat chicken (on the bone) not cooked, no temperature register to present to me, they cook it in a fryer and this is the second time I've had chicken and it's still not cooked ??

I don't know how they manage their ready-to-eat staff but the Chester chicken is always disgusting! This is the 3rd time this has happened so I'm making an opinion.
First, they cook the chicken in the fryer (which doesn't do the same job as the original chicken fryer, by the way) Result: our pieces are never cooked! Disappointing and frustrating! 1 time, 2 times, but the 3rd was the last! I will never go back there again!
Update: We return there for a refund, the girl at the cash register wants to show the chicken to someone in the department: no one! During opening hours, the fryers open, but no one in the department.
Ordinary in bad weather in terms of security ?♀️
