Scan an item and then place it on the tablet, wait for their cash register to detect the weight on the tablet to give permission to scan another article... This system is apparently to prevent theft. How could an already scanned item be stolen?!?!?! Your anti-theft system is indescribably absurd. It's only at Maxi that we see this. Elsewhere, the protocol makes much more sense. Well done...

A very large supermarket with lots of choice. Good service and employees always very helpful. My favorite place to do my grocery shopping in St-Georges. Very good prices and ample parking.
