Impossible to contact anyone there, the directors do not follow up. We started our refinancing in February and arrived on time by April 31, which was the deadline. We reached July 10 and it still hasn't been resolved. In the meantime, we have been put on a temporary mortgage at a rate of 10%! our file is super beautiful, they have all the documents in hand and we are being fooled!
