I'd stay away from this Toyota dealership if I were you. Their sales tactics are way too pushy.
They sold us a service package that included 6 inspections and 3 oil changes, which we paid for upfront. But when we tried to use it, we only got 5 inspections and 2 oil changes.
When we asked about it, no one could give us a straight answer. Seems like their management is a mess and nobody knows what's going on. Honestly, I feel like we got ripped off.

If you want to buy a car that has completely finished brakes, and completely finished motor oil, make sure to buy from them. They’ll make sure not to mention it during the sale ;) First and last car ever buying from them.

The most incompetent showing of customer service I've seen.
We were recommended this place by a family member, said she got a great deal when she was pregnant with twins and looking for a car.
we saw a car we liked, called in and got an appointment to come test drive it. When we got there, they looked at our car's trade in value (without telling us the value) then kept us waiting for about an hour to tell us that the car wasn't actually ready for test drives yet and wasn't supposed to be on their site yet. They told us they'd call us the next day to set up a test drive date and tell us the trade in value of our car.
Three days later they finally contacted us again, not with trade in value information but just to set up the next appointment.
We came down for a second time from Montréal just to have them put a poor terrified newbie in front of us (not the original guy) to tell us they'd sold the car a few hours earlier...
They wasted our time and tried to have us put our disappointment and anger onto some innocent newbie...
A higher up then came to (for some reason) prove to us this wasn't a lie and that they did sell the car... we had never tried to claim they were lying and this was very strange and annoying.
I asked why we should continue with them as we had now wasted two days on their incompetence when we have so few days off to begin with. Management then just told us we were free to go elsewhere.
The car we wanted to see is still, weeks later, up on their website. considering how hard they tried to prove the sale true, me and my husband think they use cars they don't have to lure people down to then sell them other cars, holding your time hostage to upsell a car you do not want.
SO TO SUMMARISE;
This place will waste your time and your energy.
This place is predatory and uses predatory techniques to upsell cars you do not want.
This place is more than willing to throw their new staff under a bus to sell a car.
But hey, if you're pregnant with twins due next week you can probably walk away with an ok deal.
(The car our family member bought is having regular problems)

I buy a car from them, I notice that it has a strange noise in the exhaust, strange engine noise when I start, I bring it to them quickly, they give me an appointment to inspect it for a week later. I arrive at the appointment Monday morning, I discover that no appointment has been made in my name. I go back to them, they make me another appointment which does not suit my professional commitments. I suggest they bring him as I please but let him pay the bill for me. They accept. When it was done with one of their partners (I doubt the honesty) they refused to pay me the bill. In addition, they are calling me to ask for money because the person who prepared the sales contract played with the numbers. She put a lower amount for the remaining price of my trade-in car. When I told her that the numbers are not good, she told me It's approximate. Don't worry. I later learned from a friend who worked with them that this was their method of taking as much money as possible. She also gave me 1 month protection worth $700 on the contract, something I didn't have. never asked. Finally they called me to ask me to pay even more money while I was waiting for a refund of the $700 of protection never requested and the amount on the invoice! What nerve!!! Arrogant staff! Rude, especially Mrs. Wiam and her group and the gentleman (young man who takes care of after-sales service) they only sell words! They talk to say nothing! Lies and manipulation! This is plain and simple theft! I call, I write messages. Nobody answers! I suggest to those who have given this dealership a star to contact each other and file a complaint together with the consumer service since I have just read that we have all suffered the same fate! I volunteer for the procedure.

Attention. Once the vehicle has been paid for, total silence to have the documentation for the subsidy for electric vehicles. The price was paid taking into consideration the $3500 grant. I have had the vehicle for 5 months and after in person visits and countless calls still nothing.
It's sad. Oh yes! They added $3,000 insurance to the loan. So I had 2 insurance policies on the car. Little advice, go look elsewhere!!!!!
