Had an appointment at 11. Didn't get my appointment until over a half hour after. 11:50 to be exact. If I book an appointment I understand some one can run 5 to 10 minutes behind. But over a half hour is unacceptable. I was late for work because of this. Glad I am closing my accounts to BMO.

poor quality servicethe mortgage loan department never responds to these emails he asks for papers I send them without return he doesn't care about my file since March 25, 2023 he drags my file my the director of bmo doesn't care about their client
