Good service and very kind, just needs to improve communication
Despite an important and massive miscommunication over wether the PC I was buying could use wifi or not thus requiring an outside accessory for it, as well as discovering the use of Amazon at a store that purchases and resells used tech parts, they were an amazing help in helping me pick out a nice pc suited to my needs and even gave me discounted keyboard. Very kind and funny people even when becoming overwhelmed. Plus the sphinx cat peering at me while arriving/leaving was a welcoming sight. I will be returning for future repairs or aid alongside a translator.

I don't recommend his service. I paid a deposit for verification which he said would be included in the fees then told me can't be repaired and returned the pc with no RAM or SSD cards .They SSD cards and RAMs were kept under the table 😳. When I checked the pc has no cards , I asked where are the cards he got them from under the table anxiously and offered to call if he can fix it ( where initially he said can't be fixed and no diagnosis fees back). Careful if you don't know something about Computers you will probably fooled.

**EDIT** 7 months later he decides to respond to the notice.... 1 month ago he called me 4x to harass me to WITHDRAW. My comment that whatever it is will go very badly if I don't do it.** I won't remove it.. a liar who comes to my house to solve his problem. AVOID IF YOU'RE STARTING AND DON'T KNOW COMPUTER PARTS VERY WELL * Not at all honest (when you ask him to be honest HE SAY YES-YES With his eyes dancing all over the place** - A good SPEAKER to FOOL you.
Don't go there, it's a '' SCAMMER '' my start here: I needed to do a little cleaning and repair of my '' SSD '' so I went to see him it was the best close and seemed fine.. We agreed that I would need a new ''SSD'' so I bought a new one (super good quality, that's not the problem) . I also had an ''HDD'' while he changed my ''SSD'', he removed my HDD and ''KEEP IT FOR HIM'' without my consent, yes the SSD is better quality, but my hdd was still useful, or even if it was defective (this is not the case because everything worked except the SSD. "I'll tell you another story") it was mine, it didn't have the keep*
2nd story: I had a “laptop” that leaked, so I went to exchange it for a gaming TV. Well it's nothing you say but it doesn't stop here.... 1 week later, while checking its (website) I noticed that my ''laptop'' was put up for sale (as being a NEW *** ) LET ME EXPLAIN . he changed the laptop screen, for an old one (not so recent compared to the original one*) ssd and the 3050* graphics card (improvement here of the card which was a 1050 base) cpu intel i5 was still there, , surroundings since 2019*) So the downside of all this: HE will recycle '(OLD OR USED PARTS) to make laptop-tower computers, and will tell you that it's NEW. You pay for used stuff thinking it's new stuff **there's a REASONS WHY* that if you have old pieces he exchanges them for you at a discount, whether it's used-dead- he'll take it and give you credit. .!! whose trust him.
You will go and have your parts repaired-Cleaning... --- IF YOU DO NOT KNOW THE AREA -- HE WILL EXCHANGE PARTS FOR YOURS WITHOUT YOUR REQUEST! **
I have a $4,000 BUILD to build and he's the closest ''''' expert.. the guy has just lost a lot here. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!
--If you are a connoisseur (like him).. he will KNOW it (don't worry) and would not make you a VICTIM* Be sure of what is in your tower or whatever , because they like to put that (on the fault of ''these are new employees''))) I will have warned you.
NOT TO BE TRUSTED. HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING, A ''VERY GOOD'' UNFORTUNATELY NOT TO BE DONE **TRUST**... 100% I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
