Unfortunately, I was too quick to purchase custom-cut fabrics. I tried to get a refund and unfortunately it was impossible due to the custom cut. Okay. I understand. I go to the seamstress to try to find a solution to my problem and I discover that the measurements are not even correct. She didn't cut in the right place it was too SHORT. Bad experience. They should have warned me that nothing was refundable and she should have taken better measures.

Very nice store, lots of choice, tidy and clean. I only give 3 stars for the service which I find very random depending on who is working. Either I had extremely helpful and kind ladies or people who didn't seem to want to work, no smile, no offer to help. Today among my multiple purchases I had a coupon that came out at $5.40 instead of $6.40 according to the label above. The lady persisted with her cash register in making me pay this famous dollar difference, to make me pay $6.42, telling me that if I was not satisfied I could go back and have the price validated (from courteous manner however). It may be insignificant but I found that for $1 for the quantity of purchases I make per year it was very stingy. If, on the contrary, it had been given to me, it would have made me a little happy. I don't know if this is company policy but it might be worth reviewing for the customer experience.
