I have been a loyal member of Costco for nearly ten years, but today I am very disappointed in this business. I came to the mobile phone check-in counter in the morning and wanted to change my mobile phone and supplier. When I arrived, I was told to scan the QR code and queue up. I successfully scanned the QR code and entered the waiting queue. I was then told that I would be notified via text message when it was my turn. Then I bought something in the store and went to the counter at noon. I was informed that the queue for scanning the QR code had been closed, but we had successfully registered and were in the waiting queue. Then I waited at Costco until 5:30 pm. There were 8 people left in the waiting queue. Suddenly a dark-skinned service staff told us that they no longer provide service and asked us to come back tomorrow and queue again. I said that I had been waiting for almost a day and that I had successfully registered for the waiting queue. We can't just let us waste a day here. The clerk was very unfriendly and accused us of why we didn't come earlier? I have been in Canada for almost ten years, and this is the first time I have encountered such bad service and attitude. I decided to give up my Costco membership and never shop there again.

This is a great place to find many Costco favorites, and then some! Perfect if you're looking to buy in EXTRA bulk, without the bells & whistles of the regular warehouse. No food court or clothing. Ideal for commercial purchases and buying in super bulk, which results in even higher savings.

Rhodes Grading System || 10 || GEM MINTOh. My. God. This is a whole new type of Costco. And it’s awesome. The selection of this store is way different from your average Costco wholesale with full lambs and huge popcorn bags. I don’t think I’ve ever been this excited to see a Costco. But it’s awesome.

Great store! Typically not very busy in the late afternoon (that’s when we normally visit). But it’s only open till 6PM on weekdays. It has some great regular Costco staples, along with some unique items, including commercial kitchen supplies, larger formats of some vegetables, spices, condiments, sauces etc., plus a variety of frozen foods geared towards food service or restaurants and some cuts of beef not available at regular Costco. There’s no food court, pharmacy, or Costco gas station here, and they don’t offer propane either. Almost never any line up at the customer service desk, so it’s also really good for returning anything when needed. Though if you bought it outside of the business Costco it’s better to have your receipt available when doing so.

all good in general as Costco center, but the Chinese lady staff was not good as the other staffs,as Chinese myself I never get any greetings from her,but always being so polite with other nationalities clients. when was my turn to pay,she didn't even looked at me just keep looking around and said nothing, but the other staff always say “bonjour,Hi” ” merci, thank you, have a good day”and after me it was a white guy,she seems came back to her life with warm words and charming smiling on her face!believe me it's not one time to but every time when I was there.

Want to buy a mixer at 6000$ or a broom at 8$? This is the place!Great deals and great variety on wholesale restaurant supplies. You need just a standard Costco membership to get in.Sunday morning is one of the least crowded times to go.

The Business Center has a lot of things that regular Costco warehouses don’t so it’s fun to go check it out once in a while. Good selection of candies, snacks, cheeses, meats and vegetables in large quantities. But it doesn’t have the prepared foods, baked goods, clothes or the restaurant.

The best en gross store for small businesses and large families. Much less people, no waiting lines. What is very important - a very large assortment (all you need for a restaurant) at an unbeatable price. Products on sales usually are different from other Costco stores. A very strong Recommendation.

We love everything about Costco. This newly opened Costco Business center is the first one in the province of Quebec and we are so lucky that it's opened just next to us. Very different from regular Costco. We always find something interesting to buy here that you can't find elsewhere.

There's a lot of supplies and tools for restaurents. No alcohol. No food court. A lot of inventory/variety. I found several different kind of juices; regular Costcos don't offer this much! The fruit, veggies, meat and cheese/milk fridge is huge and very cold ❄️bring a shirt if you think you'll be in there for several minutes

This is the best Costco in the Montreal area. If you're looking for something specific, anything you'd find in a restaurant kitchen, or if you're looking for other flavors or your favorite drinks and chips, this is the place to go. There's a huge section of sweets, chips, peanuts, gum (anything you'd find in a dépanneur, really) in the front. There's a giant fridge section with stuff you would find in any other Costco's. Definitely bring a coat! This comes with some Caveats tho. No food court, no bakery, no butchery, no books or clothes.

Ordered a AC unit, it was delivered and left unattended without a signature, in the main entrance of my building... I guess Costco delivery means that they just dump the product anywhere and unattended. (900$ value) Now go figure out yourself how to bring it to your apartment, if it hasn't been stolen by the time you get home. I emailed Costco to bring the issue to their attention and no one even bothered answering back.

If you're a restauranteur or chef/cook, this place is like Disneyland. Not like other Costcos. Missing a few things but that's more due to pandemic supply chain issues than anything else.Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the experience.

Amazing, one of the largest I have ever seen. Incredible staff, nice assortment, good prices in equipment. Good overall stock in cheeses, sausages and hams.
