The garage did not do its verification correctly. I was charged twice for the same verification, and the price quoted over the phone was not the same as the price charged in person.

I went to this place for an alignment this week, real thieves!! the guy enters the car and 15 minutes later comes back and says everything is finished on your Honda Civic at the front, impossible to align it like that, the 2 front shock absorbers finished, the Sway Bar link finished, front suspension arm with ball joint, inner tie rod end, a good estimate of $2441.24, I tell him tell me how much it costs for the inspection $34.44 and I go to another place to get a 2nd opinion, 2nd place everything is good except the link kit in front, I'm going to see another same thing, I had the work done that was necessary at a garage in Montreal, 2 Ariiere Coils and the 2 rear shock absorbers changed, Link Kit before, I had it treated oil as long as it's there, four new tires, change my 2 air filters and a complete alignment $1200 what a Joke this Point S garage, the alignment guy has 30 years of experience has what seems, it would be time to retire, so lying technical advisor and his staff the same, never again will I do business with this garage they are hungry and try to attack vulnerable people, I am a fisherman but not a fish, go elsewhere if you want value for your money! not recommended if I could have given 0 stars I would have done so but I have to put 1, a real joke!

They took abusive advantage of an elderly person who was clearly confused and disoriented. My 86-year-old mother stopped there by mistake when she wanted to take her small car for routine maintenance to her usual garage, (Entretien et mechanic St-Hubert: ASX) on the same side of the same street. , just a short block further. She noticed her mistake even though she didn't remember the name of her garage, but the little sticker from the previous oil change was there on the corner of the windshield. She was embarrassed and was told not to worry; that they were going to take care of her. She signed and left her car for them to do 'what was necessary' knowing that it was in excellent condition, well maintained at the other garage and only making short trips between Brossard and St-Hubert. The rest a few hours later: The work is done; $2040, front brakes (pads and rotors) and suspension arms (the ‘tables’) at a high price.
I'll add a detail. My mother told me the secretary looked downright embarrassed as she gave her the big surprise bill. Too bad the boss didn't bother to carry out repairs that were neither essential nor clearly approved. It makes you wonder if he doesn't have a mother.

This is my first & Lasttt time coming here! I went to book appointment to change my breaks 1 week before, and I come 1 week after to drop the car, I tell them I NEED NEW BRAKES. My car isn’t stopping too good which means, These Non Educated People Call Me Back And Say It’s Fixed! I paid 60$ for what??!! I wanted new brakes!! They didn’t change nothing! I will neverrrrrr go there again. Worst garage on that street. Being honest. Dumb People work there.

HE IS ARROGANT, THREATENING AND THIEF IN ADDITION TO DOING THE JOB BADLY!!! 3X MY FATHER WAS TOLD THAT THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AND READY, THEY DIDN'T CHECK IF IT WAS REPAIRED!!!! EVERY TIME THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG!!!!! AND HE DARE TO TELL MY FATHER THAT HE WON'T START THE WORK AGAIN... MOREOVER, they only think about making money and making the customer feel responsible for their BAD WORK... their prices are exaggerated for the service that is SUPPOSED TO BE THE SAME as everywhere else. And my father had his brakes changed twice in a row and they were still silencing after that... brakes not abs on car requiring brakes for abs?? Also that another garage immediately discovered a loss of oil that they had never discovered after having looked twice at the request of my father... ???

Following a request to line up on April 5, 2024, the garage brought my vehicle in to begin with. After 5 minutes, the mechanic arrived with a bill for $2600, telling me that my entire front suspension needed to be changed and that alignment was impossible. Unfortunately for him my suspension was less than 1 year old and it is in perfect condition. Following the inspection of my vehicle I decided to go to another garage to see if the damage to my suspension was real and after checking no damage was seen on my suspension. I do not recommend this garage to anyone because they try to pass money on young people and probably others. Be very careful with your pocket money, they are not professional mechanics at all, they just want to waste your time and money.

Best service for maintaining my car for years without breaking the bank, always there for emergencies too...never been disappointed...impeccable service ? and within reasonable deadlines...always listening and finding the best solution , tells me the nature of the repairs to be done and how much beforehand, which saves me a surprise bill at the end...I recommend it.....
