About Dormez-vous
Dormez-vous offers a wide selection of mattresses and beds, with many choices available. Customers report both positive and negative experiences with the sales process. Some had a great experience, leaving feeling confident and good about their choice after receiving very good information, excellent customer service, and good advice. Helpful staff took time to explain pros and cons, listened to needs, and did not rush customers. There is also a possibility of negotiating on price.
Other reviews cite negative sales techniques and attitude from sellers, describing the mattresses as overpriced. One customer reported a lack of professionalism, stating a seller was allowed to denigrate another store. This led to a strong negative reaction, with one reviewer stating they will never set foot in the store again. However, the quality of the products is noted as being present.
