Extraordinary customer service!! I purchased a stunning hanging lamp (made from Italian glass) privately from a classifieds site. The lamp had been completely replaced by Le Lampiste in... 2017! As it was a favorite, I bought it anyway. Having a little difficulty installing it, I went to see Etienne Cases, the 'boss' of Lampiste, for a little help. Far from becoming impatient with my request, Etienne took all the time required to explain to me what to do and even gave me a small diagram of the installation. All at no cost, simply telling me that 'it was part of the service'. Many thanks, Étienne, for your kindness and for your keen sense of customer service! The day I have a crush on an antique light fixture to resurrect, I won't hesitate for a second to entrust it to you!
