We visited this beautiful Mobilia store. The choice, variety of styles and quality of materials were to our taste. The website allowed us to get an idea of the possible options. We met Ms. Lise Giroux, an experienced and very professional advisor. She was attentive to our needs. Thanks to her, my shopping experience was very positive, which was not the case in other banners. Thank you for listening and your work.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.There's a certain Lise, an old witch who works there -> I had the misfortune to be served by her, and she sold me a glass coffee table last summer along with the a side table as well. I was supposed to receive both by october. Came october, I took the initiative to call and follow up with her --> only one table was available for delivery (mind you that there are delivery fees for each item that they get to your door). I was told that the second table got broken on the way to the store, and I had to wait until the next batch is made, potentially beginning of January 2024, and if "lucky" maybe even end of december 2023. That shrew was going to make me pay for the delivery fees of the second table had I not FOUGHT with her and completely refused. December came no one called, January went by and no one contacted me... I HAD TO CALL AGAIN. That snake of a woman had the most AWFUL attitude, mocking me and saying "your table is already here maam, it's been here for a while haha". When I asked why they never reached out? She said : I DON'T KNOW. She was completely clueless, she never apologized for not doing her job properly (it's not rocket science, I don't know how people manage to be incompetent with such LOW IQ tasks) and she couldn't provide any info as to why the delivery team never reached out either. I had paid for this item half a year ago and they manage to be rude, have no answers, disrespectful, not giving me so much of an apology, let alone a discount or some kind of way to make up not only for the fact that THEY broke my table the first time around causing huge delays but also for the fact that they never called to deliver my WAYYYYY OVERDUE second batch table.DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, AWFUL DOESN'T EVEN COME CLOSE TO HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. NEVER AGAIN.

The Mobilia delivery truck arrived this morning at 10:30 a.m., but we were unable to receive our sofa. While checking the truck, the delivery man informed us that the legs of the sofa were missing. This is completely unacceptable and a total failure by Mobilia.We have been waiting for Wicek for almost 5 months and we have had to experience delays on 3 occasions even though the original promised delivery date was at the beginning of October. Understand my situation as I assumed Mobilia was a reputable company that would meet their dates and I planned my move around that date to have a piece of furniture for my family to sit on. Instead, I find myself without a sofa again until almost Christmas, and again today, ANOTHER PROBLEM arises which will cause ANOTHER DELAY which will probably extend into February with the Christmas holidays. It prevents me from having my family over for the holidays and it's a waiting period for my mother-in-law who has cancer to be able to rest.On top of that, to repeat it to you from our conversation on the phone, I received atrocious customer service, from my saleswoman Catherine, since day 1, with mistakes in my name, my home address, no update on deadlines, no return of answers with numerous messages left on the phone and by email and finally false promises on delivery dates.Once again, this is a revolting situation that I am currently experiencing.

Worst service possible.They sent me one of the pieces of my sofa the wrong color.I was suppose to get a call, nothingDon’t answer to email .They just don’t care.You should to maison Corbeil or Jardin de ville. As least they careFinally, I bought something new but look like old or demo….Also impossible to have a French service.

Terrible after-sales support. After our sales rep promised a flexible return policy they refused to exchange our chairs even though we gave them massive amounts of business. And don't bother with the extended warranty, it's just a money grab. That contract is transferred to a third party that keeps dragging its feet just to avoid a service call.

After I waited 2 months and went through the worst delivery experience for my bed and dresser, they lasted not even 4 months. My dresser’s drawers are already almost broken and my bed makes noises like a 15 year old bed. The cheapest quality and worst experience ever. Do not recommend them to anyone!

I bought a sofa and a chair and was told the delivery was free and they would drop it in the living room, as easy as it sounds. When came the time for delivery, the guys didn’t even come to check, they straight tried for the front entrance which is too narrow for the sofa to get in. They refused to get it throught the back entrance and left the sofa and the chair blocking the entrance of my neighbours, so I had to immediatly move them with my girlfriend, which fell in the stair carrying the sofa. When I called customer service to tell that story they told me I had to pay extra fees to have it delivered inside my appartment and it was my fault. I would have gladly paid for that, I know it’s hard to get inside my appartment but the representative told me that there would be no issue and that the delivery is free. Be wary, the free delivery is only at your door, no matter what the representative tells you!

Poor customer service. You are left to fend for yourself when picking up online orders… spent several thousands of dollars at this place over the last few years and this is the treatment I get… Congrats, that’s how you lose a valuable customer…

Update: 1.5 months later, I only have half a sofa. Tried to change the order to another component to actually get a whole sofa. But customer service is a disorganized mess. Almost impossible to get a hold of by email or phone, and even when you can finally speak to someone they are incapable of providing any sort of update or resolution. Stay away from this company.Original: Ordered a modular sofa from here early September. The 3 components of the sofa were listed as "in stock" when I ordered them, and I was told someone would call in 10-14 days to schedule delivery. As of end of September I had heard nothing from them on the order status or shipping (but of course they already processed the charge on my card). It took 2 emails and three separate phone calls from me (with 30 mins on hold each time) to finally speak with someone. Who then told me that 2 of the components of the sofa are sitting in a warehouse and he would now schedule them to be shipped to us, but the 3rd component would not be available until mid-November (which was the "estimated" timeframe, and could be longer). First, why was I not told about the components that had been sitting in the warehouse? Or second, that the 3rd piece wasn't available for months?? I NEVER would have ordered this sofa if that had been indicated at the time of purchase. So now what? I've paid to have half of a an overpriced sofa for the next 3 months? What a disorganized company. For the price of the furniture, the service should be much better. This is the first and last time I buy anything from here.

I am really surprised with the customer service in this store. In fairness my comment is regarding the one person that I directly went to, for payment of my item of choice. From the start until the end he made us feel like we were bothering him. He didn’t say hello, looked upset, did not provide any information. When he handed the invoice over to me I asked about guarantees and after sale policies, to which he answered“ nothing has changed since your last purchase with us it’s the same policy “. I will refrain from purchasing from mobilia as competitors have a much better approach.
