The pressure rinse is too quick that left a lot of remaining soap on the car after drying.

The checkout clerk is really nice, but when you ask for the toilet key, I get the answer: sorry, we lost the toilet key,,,, lord the boss, you don't want to make this an ordeal again. Seriously, never seen that.
