We were served by a salesman who told us that the bar stools came in a pack of two benches. He showed us the models, we made our choice and when we went to pick it up there was only one bench. I'm disappointed... The first time we did business with them, we didn't receive our furniture on the date the seller told us (we had to go pick it up) and we finally received the email several weeks later! We thought maybe it was just a mistake... Same thing today... I just spoke with customer service. We were supposed to receive an email on Tuesday to tell us to come pick it up... And then the guy on the phone tells me that it won't be fine for two weeks if there's no further problem there... Why give customers a date when you are not sure? Better to tell me at the end of February and receive it before than to tell me in a week and make me wait…
