I bought a gift card at this Shell in Cousineau and I suspected that it was not activated. The employee was sure everything was ok, even though I didn't have a card activation confirmation number. I subsequently tried to use this same card which was for gift purposes and it was confirmed to me that the card was not activated, on the error message screen. On December 5, I returned to the Shell in question and the employee there seemed to be well aware of how everything worked. She took care of me and validated that the process had not been carried out as required by her colleague. She told me she would contact the manager the next day and follow up with me. As of December 11, I have still not received any response to this problem and I called twice without success. Since this event I will not go to this place again, I am really disappointed with the lack of proper service.Please, I would appreciate it if someone could contact me at the cell number left with the employee on December 5 around 4 p.m.Joan Bureau Saint-Hubert

Sale off change time to time, one of best special for specific item in longueuil st-hubert (but low stock cant tell item), people whining about gas pump so i give a 5 star for i walk for many years : always chill cashiers, price change and stockage is low . Worth it if i pass by and quickcheck the sale off

As a result of accumulating frustrations, I no longer go there. The pumps are functional until the moment of authorization then we wait... either it is closed (so why leave the pumps open), or connection problems (nothing to indicate on the pumps because shell does not authorize it not) or yesterday morning, a line of people waiting around 4:30 p.m. outside?!? If you don't want to sell gasoline, leave room for an Ultramar which makes the pumps always functional.

Be careful be careful be careful of this gas station if you want receipt will not give it to you !!!! I’m doing business and I asked the employee I need a receipt to claim it for my tax because I’m doing business. Always the manager say the System is out. I have been waiting to get my receipt more than 4 month and no response. He wrote pice of paper how much I paid he said this is your receipt.he didn’t wrote his GST AND QST NUMBER on it. When I asked him where is your business number he said I don’t have !!!! This gas station not clear at all. If you don’t want headache don’t go there.

Today cashier at the Shell...At 2:30 p.m. She asks me to prepay for the diesel with my name on the WoW moving truck in 15 years I have never prepaid especially with a local identity moving truck with our phone I always come to this garage for my vehicles so around $15,000 of diesel and gasoline for my 6 vehicles… Moreover… Arrogant, very rude and very aggressive She called herself the owner. She really needs several life skills lessonsTo avoid

I would like to thank the team at this gas station. A gift card was not correctly entered into the system a few months ago and I was told there was nothing to do, that I was losing my money. After several steps, the patience of the supervisor (Isabelle I think), and the understanding of the owner (Mr. Gendron), I was able to recover my initial purchase and use it. I could have lost my money, but thanks to their trust, everything is sorted. I was already a regular customer, I will now make a detour to go there more often. Thanks again.

The entrance via rue Perras is extremely steep and with holes big enough to destroy a mag and to break our bumber...often we only find pieces of bumper on the ground...in short I don't recommend...otherwise the staff is pleasant
