There is no hooks or any anchoring point to secure the cargo, the snow tires were not up to Quebec winters, the windshield was very dirty inside, and, as usual, even if you had prepaid, you will wait a very long time when you come to pick it up

Do not book, the day you go to pick up your rental, it will not be there. Or they'll tell you to go get the truck somewhere else. But if you don't bring it back to the branch, they will charge you.
The St-Hubert branch is to cry. We are greeted like idiots, I have rarely seen a lack of professionalism like that, my dog would do better. They talk to each other while filling out the papers, don't know which trucks are in the yard, make mistakes. They blame the computer system all the time. Overbilling guaranteed.
When I went there it smelled like POT, in the offices. I even think that overbilling is an accepted system. I had to climb up to the head office to get $125 charged to my credit card, I never knew where that amount came from!

Had appointment to install hitch for over a week. Arrived on site at installation date. Told me the only guy that could do it is not there and don't know if he would come back. Waste of time. Did not bother calling me to cancel. Avoid like plaque. Employees seemed clueless.

If you rent a truck, check the fuel and take a photo before you leave. They loaded up on gas while I gave $25 worth of gas on the way back for 87 km. Of course they say that the fuel was 3.4 whereas when I made my reservation the fuel was between half and 5/8. They charged me $43 more for gas. So for 87 km done with a truck cost me $68 ($25 + $43). I have to rent again in the next week and it will not be with UHAuL

There is no parking in this location. Need to find it on the street and all nearby street is either reserved or 2hours only.
