So he asked me to cancel his TV, telephone and Cell service with Videotron. So I call customer service and he tells me that if he can't talk to my father, I have to make a handwritten power of attorney signed by my father (because they don't have a power of attorney form at Videotron) which gives me permission to make the changes for him and go to a store. I do this and I go to the closest store, to be told that it does not work and that the people in customer service do not know what they are saying. You know that the SAAQ, which is governmental, has this power of attorney form and I can sell his vehicle and cancel his driver's license without any problem, but not Videotron. Lots of trouble with this company.
