Cashier in the morning really unpleasant in her explanations about a refund due to her mistake. I remained calm but since the amount was debited twice on my card I did not understand his explanation of reimbursement. Raised his voice at me. I've been going to your convenience store for over 17 years and I certainly didn't deserve to be talked to like that. Thanks to the second cashier who gave me a very clear and gentle explanation. I want to tell her that she has always given me excellent service, but this will have been the last time I set foot in this convenience store. The mean cashier in the morning finished me off...I always found her to be ordinary...the speed with which she passes through customers leaves a bitter taste when the time comes to give a simple explanation. 30 seconds more to properly serve a customer really seems to piss her off. Good meditation.
